If any products are determined to be defective on arrival, they will be replaced or repaired at oru discretion within 7 business days from the date on which the product was received. Defect on arrival products, deviations, short-shipments must be reported within 7 business days from delivered date. No replacement or rma will be issued after 7 business days from delivered date.
